Before your appointment
- Deposit is required for every appointment
- The deposit is deducted from the total price
- The deposit is non-refundable
- We only use pre-stretched hair
- The prices for each hairstyle do not include the purchase of the hair that is needed for that hairstyle
- Hair can be provided but it will be at an additional cost depending on the hairstyle that has been chosen
- Some hairstyles may have a starting price and the exact price will be determined in-person
During your appointment
- Please do not book an appointment if you are in a rush or do not have enough time
- Please show up for your appointment within 30 minutes to avoid delays
- Please confirm the hairstyle chosen before your appointment day
- The remaining amount can be paid in cash, paypal, cashapp, zelle, and apple cash.
